St Cloud Party Bus LLC has been profoundly impacted by the COVID19 pandemic. We hope that you, your friends and family are staying healthy during these unprecedented times.
Since early March, all of our customers have cancelled or postponed their reservations. Now, finally, after weeks of quarantine, we are beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are hopeful that one day soon, permitted group gatherings will extend to groups of 25 people and more. Until then, we are here for groups who wish to utilize our services.
Going forward, we vow to provide clean, sanitized and well maintained buses with safety being our number one priority. Should you decide to use our service, we ask that you respect the laws and restrictions as mandated at the time of your service, while we strive to provide the best party bus experience anywhere. With that, the following rules and policies have been put into place to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff.
Going forward, some aspects of our operations will be changing although you can continue to expect the same excellence we have provided in the past. We are excited to see what the future has to offer and look forward to seeing you down the road. For customers with bookings they have chosen to cancel, we are offering re-booking opportunities that extend through 12/31/2020. We are extending this courtesy to re-book for a limited time.This is a COVID19 courtesy as our company policy has always been that ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable.
(Rebooking & service must be completed by 12/31/2020).
Should you choose to cancel a reservation?
We will remove it from our calendar. No refund of payment will be given nor will any further payment of amount agreed to on the invoice be required. It will be considered a termination of reservation with surrender of deposit.
Should you choose to postpone a reservation?
We will retain it on our calendar and the deposit will transfer to a future date in 2020. All re-booking's (bus/date/time) are subject to availability at the time of booking. Postponement without a re-booked date AND service prior to 12/31/2020 will become a cancelled reservation on 12/31/2020.
